I haven been bowling in forever, until this past weekend. As part of a high school graduation celebration , we went bowling. So to stick with campy out of date commentary : I was beat by a bunch of 18 year olds. Doesn’t help they bowl regularly on the weekends and I have been bowling since before they were born.
Also apparently I don’t know how to release a ball as I hyper extended a finger while releasing it half way through the second game. So I will stick to watching it instead of participating. I couldn’t imagine if they had celebrity bowling now, the participants would be interesting the day the least
Sorry about the bowling injury (that would be me for sure if we ever did make it out to a bowling alley.) I am encouraged that the young people are into bowling.
You're getting as good as you mother at taking bird photos! ;-) Especially since you had to view it so tightly! Adorable. On the subject of bowling, though, I think I'd feel sad as I miss bowling terribly. Our local alley closed down during the pandemic and there are only two available to me and each are about 45 to 50 minute drives - each way! I'd have to find the earliest league available - heh! Oh well...
We're in the same boat bowling-alley-wise here in NJ. As for that bird photo, the robins helped a lot by conveniently building nest under a deck slat. Ron got a cool video of a feeding, just by hitting record and leaving his phone on the deck for a minute or so while he went inside. (The parents were very careful and avoided visiting the nest when we were in sight.)

OMG, a fondue set and an 8-track! It truly could not get more Essence of 1970s unless they also give away pet rocks and Farrah Fawcett posters.
Ha ha! Haven't seen those prizes so far, but we love that one of the selling points of the Chevy Vega is that it has "power ventilation."

My bowling game and my golf game are about the same …. Between 130 and 140 … so am
